Search Terms
When you type a name, location, or similar term into a third-party search tool on this site, that query is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Calhoun County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email us or send a contact message, we may keep the message and reply information long enough to answer and manage the request. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless a valid legal requirement makes disclosure necessary.

Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 17, including the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, and other privacy laws may affect particular requests, but they do not change official jail or court records held by government offices.
